The Sober Self
Our book The Sober Self was written for those needing to maintain their sobriety in a more holistic way: mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
We started our book by identifying over forty issues tending to trip or trigger someone in early recovery offering insights and tools to help them meet the moment.
Although we had the newly sober individual in mind when we began our book, we became convinced that anyone struggling with the challenges of life could also benefit.
Please know we are one of you. An addict is an addict no matter the behavior or the substance. We struggle. We fall. We get back up. We learn the lesson. We keep moving forward.
Who reminds you to breathe and to beat your heart? Something is there taking care.
